The difference between traditional Neon and ‘LED’ Neon is that traditional neon is a hand crafted glass tube. The light is created from reactions with an inert gas that emit a fluorescent colour due to the release of energy.
LED Neon signs are made from small individual Light Emitting Diodes which are set close together into a thick silicone backing that can be bent into the shape that you want and be cut into the length that you need and only require 12V Power drivers to operate.

All our LED Neon signage is assembled here at Signlab. The signs are fully assembled and aged prior to leaving the workshop so there are no issues when picking up or installing.
Our workshop is fully equipped with all the equipment to produce LED Neon signs. CNC Router machines, Laser Cutting/Engraving machines, Plotters etc.
We source the ‘LED Neon’ rolls direct from the manufacturer in bulk lengths making LED Neon signs affordable.
Because we make the LED Neon signs in-house it will be easy to identify and recifity an issue swiftly if one arises as we will be familier with you and your sign. Purchasing from interstate or overseas can be risky as it is likely that you will not receive the after sales service that was promoted.
Signlab will guarantee that all of our LED Flex Neon signs will be free from defects in material and workmanship when they leave our workshop. Our signage carries a 2 Year warranty against fading, electrical faults, bubbling, peeling etc.
