We import our LCD smart screens directly from one manufacturer in China, which gives us complete confidence in quality, consistency, and overall performance of every unit we supply. Over the years, we’ve invested significant time and resources into testing a wide variety of screens from different manufacturers, putting them through real world conditions to assess factors like brightness, colour accuracy, reliability, software stability, and long-term durability. Through this hands-on experience, we identified one particular screen that consistently outperformed all others, delivering superior performance across every key area that matters to our customers.

To further strengthen our expertise, we have travelled to China and undertaken direct training with the manufacturer, giving us in depth knowledge of the product, its technology, and best practices for installation and support. As a result, we made the deliberate decision to standardise our range and exclusively use this proven model across all of our installations. By focusing on a single, carefully selected product, we’re able to ensure consistent results, streamline support and servicing, and provide our clients with a reliable, high quality solution that we know will perform day in and day out.

 

When you order signage or a wrap from Signlab, the guys who make it are also the guys who install it. We do not use subcontract installers.

Our production and installation team have the skills to manufacture and install signage and wraps of all types, they have been doing it for years. They hold all the necessary permits to operate mobile access equipment as well as white cards to access building sites. They are all trained in OH&S and have a great track record of working safely and efficiently.

Through a secure cloud based connection, you can update screens in real time, schedule content in advance, and make instant changes across one or multiple locations without ever needing to be on site. Over the years, we have worked extensively with a wide range of third-party cloud based digital signage software platforms and external media players, carefully testing their performance, reliability, and ease of use. While many offered useful features, we consistently found limitations in stability.

As a result, we have chosen to utilise the inbuilt player provided directly by the manufacturer, which has proven to be the most reliable, streamlined, and effective solution. By using the integrated system, we eliminate the need for additional hardware, reduce points of failure, and ensure seamless compatibility between the screen and software. This allows us to deliver a more stable platform that simplifies content management while maintaining high performance, giving our clients confidence that their messaging will always display exactly as intended.
